Ella Glass, RN, is a Health Manager working with Medair, an international emergency relief and recovery organization in South Sudan. Working as part of a multi-sectorial emergency response team, Ella is responsible for coordinating, implementing and monitoring emergency health interventions across South Sudan. Since working with Medair South Sudan, Ella has helped coordinate primary health and nutrition care on a refugee response programme, a malaria response project, a cholera treatment unit, a mobile health clinic response in a hard-to-access area, and two Oral Cholera Vaccine campaigns. Ella, a registered paediatric nurse from the UK, has previously worked in Madagascar, Ghana and South Africa and has completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Tropical Nursing at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
